What's included in the package?

Flights (international upon request or from your hub), internal flights in Bolivia, Hotel Rosario boutique accommodation, private English-speaking guide, private transport (van + 4x4 in Uyuni), all entrance fees, meals as specified per package. Premium All-In includes ALL meals.

How does the deposit and payment work?

50% deposit via PayPal or credit card confirms your booking. We send you a detailed itinerary and contract. The remaining 50% balance is due 15 days before travel via PayPal, wire transfer, or other secure method. All amounts in USD.

What's the cancellation policy?

30+ days before: 80% refund. 15–29 days: 50% refund. Under 15 days: no refund (costs already committed). We strongly recommend travel insurance for full protection.

Why enter via Santa Cruz (Line B)?

Santa Cruz is at 416m — much lower altitude than La Paz (3,640m). Starting in Santa Cruz lets you acclimatize gradually: SC → LP → Uyuni → back to SC. More comfortable for travelers sensitive to altitude or families with kids.

Will I get altitude sickness?

Possible at La Paz (3,640m) and Uyuni (3,660m). Our packages include gradual acclimatization, coca tea, and we monitor you daily. Medical clinic contacts available 24/7. Line B (via Santa Cruz) is recommended if you're sensitive to altitude.

Do you offer honeymoon or family experiences?

Yes — we are the ONLY premium operator in Bolivia with specific honeymoon and family packages. Our Bolivia Romántico includes private sunset dinner on the salar, champagne, and junior suites. Bolivia Familiar includes family-experienced guides, adventure kits for kids, and real family pace.

Can I customize my package?

Do you have licenses and insurance?
